1 cup fresh or frozen berries like, strawberries, blueberries, acai berries, or a mixture...
 cup milk, or soy or almond milk...
1/2 cup Soyarie silken tofu (about 4 ounces)
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup juice...orange or mango
Maple syrup to taste (up to 3 tbsp)
